NEW IN: chopping up some vegetables and stacking up some fruits and other preserves and condiments then combining and mixing different flavors and textures...
PASTA: chicken and tuna white sauce pasta with bell peppers, asparagus, young corn, straw mushrooms and green peas...

*garlic and white onion... chopped...

*saute...

*red and green bell pepper chopped...

*asparagus... chopped and blanched...



*parboiled chicken... cut into cubes...


*here comes the canned vej... straw mushrooms... sliced...


*young corn cut into small pieces...


*green peas...




*saute all of them together oh so merrily...


*tuna flakes in oil...


*salt and pepper to taste...

*bechamel and carbonara pouch...


*taste... and add salt and pepper according to taste...

*top on your favorite pasta...
